Dear Valued Customers:
As Labor Day and the end of the primary camping season creeps up upon us, we need to relay some important information.
2012 Rates
The 2012 seasonal base rate is $2100.00. You are also responsible for your power usage over 400 KWH. A $500.00 deposit is required to reserve your site
for the 2012 summer season and is due prior to September 5, 2011. Your remaining balance is due prior to opening day, Friday May 4, 2012. If you pay in
full prior to September 5, 2011 you will receive a $150.00 credit and your new seasonal base rate will be adjusted to $1950. If you do not pay according to
these provisions your new seasonal base rate will be adjusted upward by $200, there will not be any exceptions.
Important
If you do not deposit, pay in full (to receive the discount), or speak with us directly prior to the 5th of September regarding your 2012 intentions, your
site may not be available to you for the 2012 season. We will not make any assumptions based upon how long you have been here or the type of
camper you have. If we do not hear from you, your site may not be available.
Closing Day
Closing day this season is Monday October 10, 2011. The water will be shut off at 10:00am and the bathrooms will be closed at 10:00am as well. Campers
are not permitted on the property after 12pm (noon) on the 10th.
Fall Store Hours

Winterization
To schedule your camper for winterization please come to the office between September 5, 2011 and October 2, 2011. Appointments will be made on a first
come first to be served basis. The last trailer will be winterized on October 09, 2011 at 5:00pm. Please make a check payable to “Quality RV Service” for
$60.00 to schedule your winterization appointment.

As a friendly reminder no one should assume they can sell their trailer here with out permission.
